Bert Office Christmas Closure:
To ensure payment of your BERT Claim prior to our office Christmas Closure (from 12pm Thursday 24 December 2020 - Re-opening 4 January 2021) ensure your claims and supporting documentation has been supplied no later than Tuesday 22 December. All claims received after this date will be processed in the New Year.
For a faster and more convenient way to lodge a claim, we encourage our members to submit them electronically.
Application forms can be downloaded and completed and emailed back to the office via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you also include your separation certificate and bank statement verifying your name and account details for payments to go directly to your bank account.
DID YOU KNOW? We accept photo images of your claim form and supporting documentation to assist processing your claim electronically.
